Pretty good. We got the all you can eat which is really a good idea if you have a good appetite. We usually get a few items and that's it, we're stuffed. Once you can get the only server to slow down, she's very pleasant. Her speed really depends on the chef, and both were good. Timing of the dishes is good. Food is a good quality. Didn't smell "fishy". There was no wait time but as we started, people started coming in and the place was full within 15 of us arriving. It was about 6:00-6:30 on a Thursday. Will make it a go to for sushi

Our second time at The Sushi by Jin was amazing. One of a few AYCE sushi joints in Fullerton that offer amazing sushi, great service and unbeatable prices. So glad we found The Sushi by Jin, it is now our fav AYCE Sushi spot

I’m a sushi lover, and this place offers the same regular quality of food as other sushi restaurants. The inside is a bit small, but you can still enjoy your meal.

Sushi by Jin in Fullerton has become our go-to spot for Japanese all-you-can-eat dining! My husband and I visit monthly, and it never disappoints. The appetizers are consistently delicious, and the sushi is fantastic with perfectly sized portions of rice. The service is always welcoming, with friendly smiles and quick delivery of food. Highly recommend for a fresh, satisfying sushi experience!

The sushi is awesome. I have a gluten sensitivity so I only order the sushi and sashimi. But there is a roll that doesn't have the imitation crab meat called the Orangethorpe which is great! Everyone is very nice but the best waitress is Grace we love her.

I normally dine in for AYCE here and always loved it. Today, I had a huge togo order for a special day, it was phenomenal btw they have the best eel sushi!!

Actually really good AYCE sushi here. The fish is fresh and the rice ratio is great. They even offer some sashimi here as part of the AYCE experience. The price is on the low end but the taste is definitely one of the better ones in OC. It does get quite loud and there don't seem to be enough servers sometimes. The food comes out relatively quickly. Overall great experience, personally would go out of my way to come back.

Came here on a Tuesday after work and there was no wait. Server was super attentive and food came out quickly. The freshwater eel was the best I’ve had! Honestly everything was so delicious. Highly recommend the premium menu. So tasty. Can’t go wrong with anything here
